SOCAP Conference
Groundswell has assisted in producing 5 SOCAP conferences at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco.
Our role included:
Contract negotiation, and budgeting
General space planning through all spaces at Fort Mason center
Design of scaled floor plans for Herbst and Festival Pavilions, working with Fort Mason fire marshal to comply with guidelines
Food & Beverage planning: managing catering company, food truck logistics, & coordination of alcohol and health permits
Over-arching production time line for all physical elements: AV, Wifi, Overhead Banners and other signage, Exhibitry & Carpet
Support services for sponsors, and coordinate logistics of in-kind donations
Contract staffing such as security and parking attendants
