Apple WWDC

Groundswell helped produce 5 Worldwide Developer (WWDC) Conferences for Apple Computer. We were supporting production partners behind the events where Steve Jobs announced the latest technology to the Apple Developer Community. Our role including general planning and communications across a 100-person extended internal/external production family, space planning, budgeting, production schedule, production of meeting rooms, coordinating special events such as stump the experts, birds of a feather sessions, award ceremonies and the famous campus beer bash.
