Groundswell has produced over 50 events and programs for Autodesk throughout the years.

The NDES trade show project is just one showcase of our work.

The NDES Autodesk Booth and Partner Pavilion entailed producing a 50’ x 100’ trade show booth featuring 24 demo stations, 2 live theaters, and over 30 live-streamed sessions.

As principal project manager we coordinated booth design, lighting design, IT / AV technical direction, and design and production of signage. We liaised with Autodesk Marketing Managers to design main stage program flow, creatively execute sponsorship opportunities, and worked on technology to transfer leads directly from scanners into Autodesk’s CRM system.

We assisted with booth staff support: organized trade show booth sales training, sourced trade show gear, booth giveaways and incentive gifts.

Evening Event planning included a VIP customer event, and industry event at House of Blues: negotiating contracts, hiring entertainment, designing invitations, coordinating catering, signage and gifts.
